Individual Therapy
– Adolescents & Adults
Individual therapy is available for adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns. Sessions provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical skills for change.

Trauma-related difficulties
Emotional regulation challenges
Behavioural difficulties
Adjustment difficulties and life transitions
Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
Body image concerns
Personal development and wellbeing

Therapy is collaborative and goal-focused, drawing on evidence-based approaches and tailored to the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Access: Sessions may be accessed privately or under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), where clinically appropriate.
